做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
