做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
