做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
