做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
