做法(fǎ ):洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
