做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
