做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
