做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
