做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
