做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
