做(zuò )法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
