做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
