做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
