做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
