做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
