做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
