做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的(de )清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
