做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
