做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
