做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
