做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
