做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
