做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
