做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
