做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
