做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
