做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
