做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
