做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
