做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
