做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
