做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
