做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
