做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
