做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
