做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
