做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六(liù )成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
