做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
