做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
