做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
