做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
