做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
