做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
