做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
