做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
