做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
