做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
