做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
