做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的(de )鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
