做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
